OUR PROCESS
1.Scaffholding and Dismantling
The purpose of this procedure is to ensure scaffolding is adequate for the work to be performed and properly erected and dismantled. It covers selecting, erecting, and dismantling all types of scaffolds. It applies to workers, supervisors, scaffold qualified persons, scaffold custodians, and Facilities.
2.Grill Scrapping
Grill scraping is done to all the grills in the premises by a sand paper to remove the rust on the grills. sandpaper has a tougher abrasive than garnet or aluminum oxide paper and is the best for rust removal
3.Jet Washing & Cleaning
High pressure water is applied to the exterior and interior walls to remove the dirt, algae or any other patches on the surface. This creates a clean surface and helps to identify cracks in the walls.
4. Yellow Oxide
Yellow oxide chemical is applied to the grills after grill scraping to avoid rust in the future.
5. Civil Works
Hammer testing is carried out to check the plaster density and wall health where weak walls are identified to be treated.
6.Crack Filling
After jet washing the cracks are identified and then they will be expanded using a grinder. Polymer is used to fill these cracks to reduce water infiltration and to reinforce the adjacent pavement.
7. Plumbing
Plumbing is used to ensure safe delivery of water. Clean water usage is made possible only through plumbing which is often taken for granted. Plumbing is done to avoid leakages in future which will cause damage to the interior or exterior walls.
8.Application Base/Primer Coat
Applying primer over new surfaces might reduce the amount of paint being absorbed by the surface. The primer will help you on hiding seams and joints, and probably other small defects, when it is applied to drywall and other surfaces.
Primer is what makes the Paint, stick on the wall or any other surface and lets it be called, “painted” one.Primer, in short does one very important thing and that is why it is necessary to apply primer before painting. It improves adhesion of paint and thereby increases durability and life of paint film.
9-1.1st Coat of Paint (Top Coat)
As per the body colour is selected, we apply the first coat and then the second coat to get the perfect finish of the paint and surface.
9-2.2nd Coat of Paint (Top Coat)
As per the body colour is selected, we apply the first coat and then the second coat to get the perfect finish of the paint and surface.
10.Grills Painting
Black paint is applied on the yellow oxide on the grills. Utmost care is taken while applying. We apply both the coats with a brush to get the perfect finish.
11.Site Cleaning
Cleaning is carried in the premises. That includes site cleaning, glass cleaning, surrounding of the site, paint cleaning at each and every room. A final touch-up in short.
